30 years ago I played to a 1 handicap. The last 10 my handicap would have been 7-10! The X460 with an Aldila NV65 shaft Stiff has changed my game and now the drive is straight and long. Almost a dozen times in 2008 I drove the 13th hole at Devil's Thumb in Delta, Colorado which is 345 yards. My new purchase are a set of FT irons with the Callaway stiff graphite shaft. Too bad--in time for cold weather!! Witnesses are available...

I was looking for a replacement to my callaway titanium 9%, firm flex. Bought the 460 with 10% loft and regular flex. This is not the club. It provides minimal feedback and because of the large head, toe hits give an uncomfortable torquing sensation. The sound the club makes on contact is annoying. I may have to get my hearing checked in the high frequency range. Club swing weight is heavier than I feel comfortable with and leaves you with the sensation of pulling the head through the swing rather than an effortless, hit.

I am a 16 year old golfer that has a fast club speed. This driver is very nice if you like to hit the ball far. This driver is also very forgiving compared to drivers such as Titleist and Taylor Made. I feel that this club is designed well for the time it came out and cant really think of anything that would make it better

I used knock offs and never knew which way the ball would fly. With the X460 by Callaway my drives are not always in the fairway all the time but they are not over on the next fairway anymore.

Replaced a 460cc 10.5 regular flex driver I had bought on clearance in '06. This 9 degree stiff flex beauty was amazing all day today. Straight, slight draw, even got it to fade a touch on a righthand dogleg! I was hitting it 265-285 in the fog and wet fairways, can't beat that!

This club gives me 15 yards more carry than my old Callaway driver; it is easier to hit and workable both ways. Mis-hits still find the fairway with minimal loss of distance. Great club.

I've owned several drivers in the past from major manufacturers, always looking for the "silver bullet" The 460X has added about 15 yards to my drives and they are all straight or with about a 5 yard draw. My handicap has dropped from 14 to 8 in three months. My course has tree lined fairways and requires very straight drives. The 460X delivers. Once, on a par 5 I tried to cut the corner and left it behind a tree. I used the 460X off the deck and put it on the green 240 yards away (I missed the eagle putt but had a kick-in birdie) Until the USGA legalizes potato guns off the tee this is my driver.

This is the most accurate and forgiving driver I have ever played. Even bad swings produce straight shots that I know would be deep rough with other drivers, even producing decent distance. Well hit balls are down the middle every time and as long as anything I have hit. The only drawback is the sound, which is not bad, but does not have that Callaway ting sound that I have gotten to like so well. This is a great driver, and I have tried many. Highly recommend.

Callaway nailed it on this one, esp for us lefties. Lower loft availability and SQUARE FACE on TOUR models for better workability. Sick of the closed faces and high lofts on most other manufacturers models. Not all of us want to hit high bombs, some prefer lower workable tee shots, esp in windy areas.

I used this club for the first time and WOW was I impressed with it! I used to use a Taylor made R5 and the sweet spot on this 460 is huge! The first blast off the driving range the ball went 280 + yards with about 10 degree loft and straight. Out of 100 range balls I would say 60%-70% went 290 plus yards and straight. I had people standing behind me watching how far and straight the balls were going. Get this at the far end of the driving range where they do not expect people to land their shots there was a group chipping. I certainly got their attention when balls started dropping near them. Get the [*] club you'll be glad you did.

This is the 3rd Calloway driver I have purchased. They just keep getting better. I have the 15 degree and I get plenty of roll and it keeps me close to the fairway on the mis-hits. So my bad drives are better.. and that's waht it's all about... making those bad shots(that we all have) better.

Club was so easy to adjust to that I played with it after having the winter off and shot a 42 on 9 holes. Goes long and straight and what a big sweet spot. I'm getting about an extra 15-20 yards

i think the callaway x460 is a one of a kind driver. It is a big driver and it has a large sweet spot. It has amazing sound to when you hit the ball. Also, you hit the ball accurate and straight

Cannot say enough about this club!-first time using this, I hit 25 of my 30 balls in excess of 275 feet, straight as an arrow! People at the driving range were asking what kind of club I was using to make great drives.Extreme sweet spot,extremely forgiving,almost impossible to make an off center hit.Would recommend this club to everyone.

A well balanced easy to hit driver, enormous sweet spot. Will go long and straight even at slower swing speeds. Best driver I have ever hit, extreamly happy with my selection again from callaway Pre-Owned. Goes great with my X fairway 3 & 5 woods.
