This club is third upgrade using Pre-owned site. The all titanium club head is very straight, very forgiving. So far, bad shots are from bad swings. I have added 40 yds to drives. Now I need to work on wedges!! At this price, it just can't get any easier to improve your game. Thanks Callaway!

This is the first quality named driver that I've ever purchased and what a difference. I normally drive the ball pretty straight but have never felt like I got the distance that I wanted on a majority of my drives. Now, with a bigger sweet spot I am hitting the ball straighter and farther and my confidence is through the roof.

I have not golfed much since my teens and now I am in my 40s I am trying to get back into the game. I spend most of my time at the range and had been using an old titanium driver. I always had a bad slice that I had to work very hard to get rid of. I purchased the 454 from the pre-owned clubs section and it was the best money I have ever spent. My slice is gone!!!!

The Big Bertha 454 club was a great learning tool in that it taught me to improve my swing considerably. Its not very forgiving to someone who has an outside to inside swing path. Therefore I had to learn the proper swing to be able to hit correctly. It seems to have a low flex point. I've gone to a club with a mid flex point and 2 degree offset which helps. Last round I hit all fairways and swung with more confidence.
The 454 Titanium is the best!!!!!

I upgraded from the Great Big Bertha War bird. At best was getting 195 to 200 yards from my drive.I am very pleased with this driver, I have never hit any driver with the confidence that I have with this club. I now average anywhere between 200 and 250 yards. On occasions I have ripped the ball at least 300 yards. This club is about as forgiving as it gets. I purchased the 11 degree, with the RCH 65 firm shaft so that I could get the maximum lift and distance. This club hits more consistant than any club I have ever owned.I can't say enough about it.

This club is good overall, with only a few shortcomings. First of all, it's not maxed out to 460cc. Second, the MOI is average, and doesn't keep up with the newer offerings. The good thing is that it's a great club that can be had relatively cheap compared to the new technology. Square face, sets up nice, and fairly easy to work the ball despite it's large head. My recommendation would be to try it out first before you pull the trigger, there are a lot of other drivers out there.

Moved up from the BB Ti (2004) 10 degree. The shafts are same, RCH Firm, 65 weight, but I went to the 9 degree, the main reason for the change. Head size has always beeen an issue for me, but I am finally becoming a believer in the big heads. Main difference from the BB Ti to this 454 is the added perimeter weighting which makes my toe hit draw garner a nice drive compliment even tho I know I know I missed it. Impact feel is less and sound a bit duddier than the BB Ti from "04. Don't know why, but it is noticeable. Distance is basically the same. I have learned to swing easier with the longer shafts and and larger heads. It helps to "close the door". For anyone who who doesn't do this, is a mid to higher handicapped player with an habitual push or slice, do yourself a favor and cut down the shaft to 43.5 inches or so.

i've never played callaway before. i bought this pre-owned driver on-line from [...]. i had played R shaft taylormade 360 and this flex always seemed right for me. i've played the callaway for 4 rounds and feel it may be overly whippy, slices are BIG slices if face is open and i've hit way more severe hooks than i've ever experienced. my usual good drive is a slight draw. this club seems to require me to swing easy and slow, which i guess isn't bad. next season i will keep trying because the club otherwise looks and feels great -i'd like to try the same club w/ stiffer shaft even tho' i've never needed S flex before.

I was hitting an old school Ping driver that was still a "wood". Granted my swing wasn't the best but at a point I was just hitting it very inconsistently. I purchased this driver and although I still wasn't in the fairway all the time, I was definetly hitting the ball more consistently. After working on my swing and using this driver for over a season I am hitting the ball 40-50 yards longer. About twice a round I just nut the ball 300+.

before my big bertha i had a very bad nike juinior driver with 225cc and 18 degres of loft. i hit it about 165 yards. then i got so made i saved all my christmas money and boght a big bertha titaniam 454cc 11 degres of loft. when i first hit it it felt amazing and it went about 213 yards it was amazing. out on the course i went from 110 to 92 just by swithcing to the big bertha it was the most forgiving drive i had.
My drives are boring...down the middle.

This club with the 75 firm flex graphite shaft has improved my driving accuracy, is very forgiving and has added over 10 yards consistantly compaired to my old Biggest Big Bertha.
By partners say my drives are "boring" ... "straight down the middle".

I upgraded to this driver last year and would do it again. I added 15 yards off the tee even with the same some what ugly swing. Makes me wonder how good the newer clubs are.
Wish all my clubs were as good as this.

Originally bought a 9 degree and switched to 8 degree, now I get at least 20 yards more off the tee. My wife hits the 9 degree now and will never switch!

it took 2-3 sessions at the driving range before I got the feel for this club. I immediately picked up 20-30 yards and am now hitting a soft draw that accurately finds 12-13 fairways every game. Long par-4's no longer scare me, and par-5's are easy.
Careful, this club is looong!
